Rob Troxell is an experienced account manager and business development specialist with a proven track record of helping small businesses thrive in both the profit and non-profit sectors. Throughout his career, Rob has worked in diverse work cultures, encountering both positive and challenging environments. This experience ignited his passion for creating and nurturing healthy workplace cultures. As Rob advanced into management roles, he developed a strong commitment to valuing each team member’s contributions and empowering them to perform at their best.

Driven by his belief in the importance of a healthy work environment, Rob became certified as a business coach. He now works with small businesses to increase revenue, streamline operations, and reduce management burnout. Rob’s coaching approach focuses on equipping teams with the necessary tools and support to succeed, fostering a culture of efficiency and collaboration.

Outside of work, Rob resides in Pennsylvania with his wife. Together, they have five adult children and two dogs. In his leisure time, Rob enjoys playing golf, engaging in fantasy football, serving in ministry with his wife, and spending time with his dogs.
