We can’t guarantee a job (and be wary of anyone who says they can). What we do guarantee is that you’ll get expert help, a clear strategy, proactive outreach, and accountability from someone who is working on your behalf every week (often every day). 

Our standard program runs for 6 weeks, with options to extend if needed. Most clients gain serious traction within 4–8 weeks, with most landing interviews or offers before the end of the program. We encourage you to test things on your own, first. If you’re not getting the traction you want through your own efforts, give us a shout. 

For individuals, the investment starts at $3,000 for the 6-week program.

Yes, we are based in the U.S. Our office is in St. Augustine, FL. We also work with HR professionals in other countries. Whether our reverse recruiters are based in the U.S. or elsewhere, they all go through the same strict vetting and interview process. All of our team members report to Ryan Winter, our CEO. Our reverse recruiters are at the top of their game. We also care deeply about matching you with the right reverse recruiter. If you need to make a change, we can accommodate.
