Taj DeVore

TaJuan DeVore has over 20 years in senior level healthcare operational leadership. TaJuan plays a pivotal role in all aspects of operational oversight and within several facets of the healthcare landscape i.e.( revenue cycle, hospital operations, multi-specialty outpatient, ambulatory surgery centers, Senior Care Facilities and other diverse health business lines such as (rehab, radiology and home health operations). With such a diverse background in operations TaJuan continues to contribute as an essential leader dyad with Physician owned enterprises and/or CEOs demonstrating a collaborative approach in developing/leading new initiatives, overseeing the delivery of quality care, adherence to compliance regulations, and ensuring overall operational excellence is surpassed. Prior to joining PBA  as a COO consultant TaJuan has spent years in various senior operational roles with concentration on both health system and privately owned practice operations within the Tampa Florida market.

 

TaJuan attended Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia PA for pre-nursing track and thereafter, a portion of her time was spent at LaSalle University in pursuit of completing her BSN, TaJuan then relocated to Tampa Florida and transferred from LaSalle to University of Phoenix where she graduated with high honors and received her undergraduate degree in Healthcare Administration. TaJuan continues striving to complete her post-graduate studies. 

 

In her downtime she adores spending time with her family traveling and creating everlasting memories, exploring new recipes in the kitchen and even taking time to incorporate continuous self care in her day to day life.
